After 25+ years with the same HVAC company, we were told that our heat exchanger was not working so gas furnace had to be turned off. Asked when it could get fixed were told maybe next week but couldn’t guarantee. So we called for a bid for a new furnace at another company as we saw no reason to pay nearly $2000 to fix a 10 year old furnace. Bryan came out the next day, gave us a quote, knew what product they had available before they got to our house and told us they would get to it on Saturday and install the new furnace. They came, installed, hauled off the broken furnace and cleaned up the mess. Looks like we have a new HVAC company that excels in customer service! We’re coming into winter, expecting relatives for Thanksgiving and thanks to Bryan have a comfy and toasty home! Thanks for the GREAT service! We appreciate you all! You saved our Thanksgiving!
