Budget repairmen mishandled the repair and made mistakes in repair. Each time they came they could not get it to work properly. This resulted in delay and lack of heat in the house for several days. . However when Budget sent their technician named "Cory Calhoun" we found him to be competent and simply OUTSTANDING.. Cory systematically saw previous mistakes, worked thru each one and rectified them. I give him an A+ . He is also very professional and above all very thorough . We thank Cory very much.

Upon arrival the customer stated that the temporary upper thermostat on the water heater worked fine but it tripped 1time since I was here on 10-06-18. I first installed the new smart thermostat, the I swapped out the breaker with a same amp breaker that went to condensing unit. Now I turned on the water heater, got a 22.5 amp draw on the lower element. Since the upper and lower elements are the same, I’m hoping that the breaker doesn’t trip. Water heater is working properly now.
