Our experience today was aweomse! Our service rep showed up 10 mins after the call center gave us a curtesy call. I told her what was going on and she knew exactly how to fix the issue. She was very polite and informative, gave me lots of tips on how to care for our AC unit and things to check for in the further. I am very happy with the over all service.
