Needed a service call because of non functioning a/c. Scheduled appointment at earliest convenience and called before to ensure we would be home and them to notify that tech was on way. Tech came prepared for solution based on problem described and then made a few tweaks to ensure operating efficiency. Offered suggestions for continued use. Plumber, plumbing, faucet repair. Upon arrival I was to replace the kitchen faucet sprayer head and hose. Once done and checking my work for leaks and proper operation. Water wasn’t coming out the sprayer. Upon diagnosis I found that the diver valve in faucet had gone bad so I tried to remove the diverter but it was frozen in the faucet. Decided to replace it with a new faucet. Once I installed it I checked for leaks and proper operation. Faucet is working properly now.

Plumber, plumbing, Water Heater Repair : Thermocouple Replacement. Upon arrival the customer stated that their water heater wasn’t working. Upon inspection I found that the thermocouple had failed. Replaced the thermocouple, tried to light pilot but it wouldn’t stay lit. Decided that the gas valve wasn’t working properly. Water Heater Repair: Gas Valve Replacement Upon installing a thermocouple and it still wasn’t staying lit, I decided that the gas valve had failed. Replaced gas valve, lit pilot, waited 25secs, pilot stayed lit, then turned gas valve to the B setting. Checked for proper burn, but since the basement is being remolded, there was some yellow flames from the sawdust floating around. Water heater is working properly now.

Had to cut open ceiling in two places, 19x21” and 18x17”.Upon inspection I found that the shower drain was leaking from the gasket. Replaced the shower drain, supported drain line, checked for leaks. OK
