Plumber, plumbing, valve replacement. prv Replacement: 3/4" Replacement. Upon arrival customer stated that their master bathroom toilet was making a noise right at the end of the fill up. Checked the water pressure and it was 95psi. Homeowner had a prv already installed so I swapped it out, made adjustments to get water pressure to 50psi. Checked for leaks and proper operation. OK Toilet Repair: Fluid Master "prv Replacement: 3/4"" Replacement" Upon arrival customer stated that their master bathroom toilet was making a noise right at the end of the fill up. Once I changed out the bad prv, I flushed again to see if it was still doing the same thing and it was. The fill valve has gone bad due to the high water pressure. Replaced it with a new fluid master fill valve. Checked for leaks and proper operation, made adjustments for proper water height in tank. Working properly now.

Upon arrival customer stated that their cold side laundry faucet was bad. Upon inspection I found that the faucet was bad. Replaced the cold side faucet. Checked for leaks and proper operation. OK.
