My a/c went out on a hot Saturday morning. Chris Borner from Burkhardt was there to check it out by early afternoon that day. He wasn't able to fix it then but I had a call at 7:30am on Monday that Chris would be back that morning. Chris is a very polite and patient person. And very professional. He explained the problem in an easy to understand manner. My a/c was fixed by noon on Monday. And on his Saturday visit, he had a side-kick along to help him carry his tools--his young son! He also had a Burkhardt shirt on, just like his Dad's!
