First let me say Joe was my first impression of the company. It took a little longer to get a response for a quote prior to meeting Joe but I believe that was simple communication issues. When Joe showed up I forgot all about being salty and on the bitter bus due to the long response. Joe is like the uncle you wish you had. Now Jalen and Todd came in to support Joe on the day of the install. First of all they were on time and introduced themselves, walked me through what to expect and then went to work. I offered coffee, tea, juice soda and water, none of which deterred them from the mission. Todd prepared the floor with a drop cloth on the walk path and went to work. Jalen attacked the 1970’s AC unit in the back of the house and the next thing I knew he was tearing down the 1970’s furnace down in the basement. A job that typically takes a day and a half was done the same day. As a concerned home owner, I checked on the progress throughout the day and these guys didn’t stop working. It demonstrated the definition of team work and customer satisfaction coexisting. After the job was completed, Joe walked me through the maintenance of the furnace and general cleaning orders of the AC unit. The new AC unit in the back yard operates so quietly I no longer have to yell the person sitting next to me on the patio. In summary, I am glad that I got three bids. The folks you see on TV (bad first impression, and overselling), another TV guy and Burton. The price from Burton was within reason, although a little more (within $500.00) than the other local TV guy but it was worth it. Service after the sell is what really counts and I believe these guys have that down to a science.
