BWS is a great company to work with- responsible/friendly/informative/ goes extra mile to satisfy customers! Their solution for replacing a non-functioning electronic air filter was less expensive and worked better than installing another electronic one. They also sent a list of things to do to protect our homes prior to extended below-freezing winter weather. Ryan was out this morning to replace the motor on top of the diverting valve for my HVAC unit. He was kind enough to call ahead and verify the problem so he could bring the part with him instead of making two trips. I wasn’t sure if a thermostat could even be installed in my unit, as we have an old boiler system in our building, and I had never had a thermostat in my unit in 16 years of owning it. I’m so glad I called BWS, as I had a new, nice-looking digital display thermostat within a couple hours of their arrival. I wish I had called years ago!
