Bryan came out because my electric hepa filter wasn't working. He got it going but noticed a couple things: one of the 3 layers of filters was missing, and the hose taking water to the humidifier was swollen almost to bursting. He checked and discovered that the missing filter isn't available but i can get a regular filter that will fit, and he replaced the hose. I'm so thankful he saw that because if the old hose had given way and our house had flooded that would have been horrible!!
