Replaced the upper and lower thermostats on a 50 gallon Bradford White electric water heater. Long hot showers are the order of the day!
Diagnosed a faulty thermostat in a Bradford White electric hot water heater that is Nader factory warranty.
Completed tune up on geothermal unit. Cleaned and checked essentials to verify that unit is operating within manufactures spec. Geothermal is running and heating good at this time.

Ran unit for 15 min to try and narrow down. Leak, found center of evap pan small leak onto furnace. Found txv distributor lines overhanging evap pan causing condensation drip. Bent txv line in closer to evap coil, re connected duct work and tested. No leaks at this point. Informed customer of situation. Called office for verifying warranty, call will be under warranty With no charge to customer..
