Performed Bryant furnace and ac installation. Configured all system settings to relate to customer's specific home needs. Tested system and ensured all proper functions. Systems are both heating and cooling well!

Checked thermostat, cleaned condensate trap, checked air filter, cleared drain lines, cleaned flame sensor, checked igniter, inspected burners and heat exchanger, checked and cleaned intake pipe, checked blower and inducer motor amps, checked and adjusted gas pressure, checked all wire and electrical connections, checked temperature rise, and cleaned unit. System running and heating well!
Arm strong Furnace and A/C tuneup: checked thermostat and verified operation, inspected heat exchanger, checked inducer, blower, motor amperage in furnace, checked fan and compressor motor amperage in condenser, cleared all drain lines, cleaned condensate trap and flame sensor, checked ignitor and temperature readings, checked all wire and electrical connections, checked gas pressures, checked capacitor and contactor, checked refrigerant levels, cleaned condenser coils and unit.
Carrier furnace is not heating due to a failed gas valve. Replaced part and verified operation. System is now running and heating well again!

Performed AC diagnostic, system is completely frozen and most likely low on refrigerant. Unit is 30+ years old will quote them new units.
Lennox ac leaking water due to a plugged drain fitting. Cleared fitting, drained excess water, and verified operation. System is now draining and cooling as normal
