Carrier ac not cooling due to a blown capacitor. Replaced part and verified operation. System is now running and cooling again

Checked thermostat, cleaned condensate trap, checked air filter, cleared drain lines, cleaned flame sensor, checked igniter, inspected burners and heat exchanger, checked and cleaned intake pipe, checked blower and inducer motor amps, checked and adjusted gas pressure, checked all wire and electrical connections, checked temperature rise, and cleaned unit. System running and heating well!

Big maxx shop heater in garage not heating. Found pressure switch losing voltage due to molex plug on circuit board shorting out. Circuit board needs replacement, part is ordered and we are rescheduled for replacement!
Just completed a maintenance agreement tune up on a Trane S9V2 furnace, checked 16x25x4 filter, checked intake pipe, cleaned drain trap, cleared drain lines, cleaned flame sensor, checked ohms on igniter, checked inducer capacitor, inspected heat exchanger, checked amperage on blower and inducer motor, took a temperature reading of return and supply, cleaned inside and outside of unit, everything is running and heating great!
After hours no cooling call, concord Ac condenser not cooling due to fan not running. On further inspection found bad capacitor, replaced, verified operation, checked motor amp draws, and checked temperature readings. System is now running and cooling well!
