I performed an Installation Inspection for Carrier 96% 60,000 BTU Gas Furnace
Performed a Safety Check and Tune Up as part of the Scheduled Maintenance Agreement
Heat pump/ electric furnace. Not cooling properly. 35/5 cap within range, compressor at 5.43 amps, fan at .65 amps, both ok. Unit low on charge. Found leak in evap coil and compressor has a grind to it. Unit holds between 10-12 pounds of 410.
Seasonal maintenance on Trane furnace. All is working well at this time.
Performed our special Heating and Cooling full system tune-up and safety checkout on Trane system
