I performed Scheduled Maintenance Tune-Up & Safety Check on Carrier 16 SEER 5 Ton Air Conditioner. I completed maintenance checklist. I found valve stems were missing caps. I found extra caps in service van and used them to replace missing ones. Unit was running/cooling at departure.
I performed Installation Inspection on Carrier 80& 70,000 BTU Gas Furnace & Carrier 13 SEER 2.5 Ton Air Conditioner. I found Installation to be complete and Systems to be operating as intended at time of my departure.
I completed diagnostics and found a leaking evaporator coil. I spoke with customer about repairs. The customer choosing to replace system based on age and repair cost.

I found the Bryant heat pump not getting proper voltage. I found and removed jumper wire that is still connected to board. I also found a loose connection and tightened wires. Heat pump is operating properly at this time.

Upon arrival, Comfortmaker furnace is not heating. Unit showing code 3 for pressure switch not closing. I inspected pressure switch and vacuum line and found hole in vacuum line. I repaired the hole and furnace is now running normal and heating.
I found that the filter was being pulled in some, showing air restriction. I removed the filter and system ran properly. System needs a new air filter, I explained to customer that the hyper allergenic filter is too restrictive.
