Great Service

We purchased a new furnace and air conditioner from Canal Winchester Heating & Cooling 2 yrs ago. Just scheduled our Spring Maintenance check. Not only did they arrive timely, the service technician requested use of our hose to spray our air conditioner as it had debris from exposure to weather and wanted our system to have full capacity to work. He also offered my next year maintenance at a discount. Lastly, I received a follow-up phone call from the office asking how my service went and if I needed anything further they could assist with. Awesome Company to work with. Very happy customer here.

Great service. fair price.

Furnace is almost 29 years old and A/C is 14 years old. The part to repair the furnace would have cost about $800.00. It was not worth repairing the furnace as it would probably have more issues in the future. Replacement of both units was pretty much a no brainer.

I completed diagnostic and found that mfd cap needed replaced. I replaced the cap and the blower comes on properly. The evap coil is frozen from lack of air flow. I had the customer keep system off with fan blowing to let coil thaw. Customers will call back if ac doesn’t seem to be cooling

I completed a diagnostic service call on a Pioneer mini split system. I determined that the Schrader valve needed to be replaced as it was causing a leak of refrigerant. Tightened cap to prevent, will return later in week to replace the valve.
