I had an excellent experience with these guys when it came to install a new furnace. Unexpectedly having to purchase any new major appliance is something I dread. However, the technicians were professional and extremely diligent. The installation went smoothly and they even set up our smart thermostat better than it was originally. I have no problem recommending Isaiah or any of the other service technicians. I'll be using them in the future.

I arrived at the job and found that fan wasn't working. I checked mfd on capacitor and found that fan was reading .8/5. Customer has gone almost a week without a/c due to not having money. I then contacted dispatch and price was dropped to $50 for the call (per Joyce). I installed the new capacitor and unit came on and started running. Delta is was 85/71 (14) at departure. Unit was cooling at departure.
I completed the scheduled maintenance agreement cooling tune up on a Trane air conditioner. I visually inspected the unit. Checked voltages, amps and pressures. I inspected the evaporator coil. I checked the temperature difference across the coil. Inspected heat pump. Checked refrigerant charge, voltages and amps. I rinsed the condenser coils with water. Found that filter was dirty, replaced filter with customer provided filter. Also found a little puddle of water inside the base of the furnace. I investigated source of water. No leaks found at time. Cycled and monitored system. All operating normally at this time.
I replaced out of warranty OEM Condenser Fan Motor (Single Speed) and Capacitor. I cycled A/C on and monitored system. System operating properly. I verified all pressures.
I completed a diagnostic on a Carrier air conditioner upon arrival Customer stated that ac not cooling the house. I Found condenser fan motor seizing up after running for about 5 mins. I am Ordering condenser fan motor. and will be back to replace it
I completed yearly maintenance tune-up & safety check on Trane Air Conditioning Unit. I performed check list. I changed dirty filter with one customer provided. I rinsed outdoor coil. I cycled and monitored system. Operating/Cooling upon departure.
I installed a Five Star 16 SEER 2.5 Ton Air Conditioner. I cycled and monitored the system and it is operational at this time.
I completed a diagnostic on a Lennox AC unit. I found the AC tripping on high limit. The outdoor coil was really dirty and not allowing the condenser to expel the heat come off of it. I cleaned the coil off. The compressor is out on thermal overload and due to the design of the cover for the compressor, it will take time for it to cool down. The system is operational at this time.
Upon arrival customer requested to reschedule due to personal situation that was more pressing. No services provided at this time.

I completed Quote for full replacement Lennox HVAC System. I gave estimate for Carrier 96% 80,000 BTU Gas Furnace, Carrier 16 SEER 3.5 Ton Air Conditioner, Return Air Drop Kit, 4” media cabinet, to run needed gas line and removal of previous equipment.
I performed Scheduled Maintenance Tune-Up & Safety Check on a Goodman Air Conditioning Unit. I completed Checklist for maintenance. I changed dirty filter with one customer provided. I also filled the Unit to the correct level with refrigerant. I cycled and monitored the system. Operating as intended upon departure.
I completed Installation Inspection on Carrier 16 SEER 5 Ton Air Conditioner.
I completed the spring tune up on a Carrier "Infinity Series" 19 SEER Variable-Speed 4 Ton Air Conditioner. I found found that SH & SC were out of specifications. I contacted a supervisor and had to schedule a time to come out with supervisor to check for possible restriction in system. The customer has AC at the moment.
