We just had a problem with our furnace right before Christmas that they fixed. Then we woke up on New Years day with a new problem. We made an appointment for the new problem, and once the part was ready they came back out and fixed it again. The service has been great each time.
This was the follow up visit with the parts that needed fixed. The techs found out that we only needed one and not the second after all; so we got refunded for the second part. They replaced the part and we immediately started getting heat. They did a great overall job.
The tech was very polite, very knowledgeable, and was able to come in and find the exact problem that was causing our furnace not to be putting out heat. Got the parts ordered immediately and was able to come back the next day to fix the problem.
Explained things completely and politely
Received coupon for free 2nd opinion in mail the day after I had service from another company. I thought what’s there to lose and called. So glad I did! I received prompt and professional attention and a better understanding of diagnosis. Mike was clear, concise and helpful with his explanation.
I was dealing with a home warranty company that denied my claim. The technician Carl called the company and fought with me for approval. This is what you call above and beyond.
Mike was thorough and didnt try to take advantage of the fact that I know nothing about furnaces/HVAC. I felt very comfortable with price. What I thought would take hours took less than 20 mins...my 8 yr old and I are nice and warm now. :)
Very fast on responding... Mike was very professional in diagnosing the problem and repairing it
The Service tech was very informative, he arrived within the scheduled time and called ahead, he took his time to do a thorough job. I am extremely pleased with his professionalism, as I have been with everyone who I have spoken with in this company.
Calles them at 6 am after the coldest night of the year and was greeted with a real representiative who shared my concerns. They scheduled that day. The Tech was great and knowledgable. He quickly had my furnace up and running and found some other issues concerning safety and immediately rescheduled to come out the next day to make the final repairs. The cost was much less than i expected which was great. Highly recommendthem for your HVAC needs.
