I completed the scheduled maintenance agreement cooling tune up on a Carrier air conditioner. I found that filter was dirty, pulled filter during tune-up. I visually inspected the unit. Checked voltages, amps and pressures. I inspected the evaporator coil. I checked the temperature difference across the coil. Inspected heat pump. Checked refrigerant charge, voltages and amps. I rinsed the condenser coils with water. Cycled and monitored system. All operating normally at this time.
I provided customer with Estimate for Five Star 13 SEER 2 Ton Air Conditioner, New Evap Coil and removal of previous Bryant Air Conditioning Unit.

I rinsed outdoor coils before I began maintenance checklist. I found most of the insulation missing from suction line. I had some scrap insulation and replaced most of it. I found the Unit is undercharged. I added required refrigerant. System is within manufacture specifications at time of my departure.

Supervisor had tech add refrigerant to unit to get numbers in range. Supervisor feels that even though unit is from 2018. It was installed in November. This our second tune up. First recording numbers. I also added 2pounds of refrigerant to system. I inspected heat pump checked refrigerant charge voltage and amps. I rinsed the condenser coil with water cycled and monitored system all operating normally at this time

I checked the temperature difference across the coil. Checked refrigerant charge, voltages and amps. I rinsed the condenser coils with water. Cycled and monitored the system. Operating normally at this time.
I performed Scheduled Maintenance Tune-Up & safety Check on Trane Air Conditioning Unit. I found filter to be dirty and backwards. I I flipped filter right way, customer is going to get a new one & replace. I noticed a lot of dirt & dust inside furnace. I found compressor shut off & fan was running. Compressor was hot to the touch. I cooled compressor down with water hose and let sit for 10 minutes to cool. I cycled & monitored system twice. System is now cooling/running as intended.
I performed Yearly Maintenance Tune-Up & Safety Check on Lennox Air Conditioning Unit. I completed checklist and found unit to be undercharged. Customer had me add needed refrigerant. System was running at departure.
I completed a Job Continuation on Carrier 16 SEER 2.5 Ton Air Conditioning Unit. I replaced 24x20 Return Drop with heavier customized 24 gauge 10x24. There was no popping during start up.
I completed Spring Maintenance Tune-Up & Safety Check on Lennox Air Conditioner. I found the Unit was undercharged with R-22 and a capacitor is going bad. I informed customer of my findings and adjusted his cooling schedule per his request. Unit is cooling at this time, just not efficiently as intended.
I completed Installation Inspection on Aprilaire 600M Humidifier, Carrier 96% Variable-Speed Two-Stage Gas Furnace, Honeywell T6 Thermostat, & Carrier 17 SEER Two-stage Air Conditioner.
I provided an estimate to install a new Five Star 16 SEER 3 Ton Air Conditioner.
I performed a tune up and safety check on a Carrier 13 SEER 3 Ton Air Conditioner. I found no issues and the system was running according to manufacturer's specifications upon departure.
I completed a diagnostic on an Air Conditioner. I determined that the coil had bent fins and was dirty. Cleaned the coil and fixed the fins, System still not operating as intended. Gave repair and replacement options to customer, Install scheduled for following day.
