Timely appts without waiting all day. Thorough in all aspects of their work and inspection of every facet of their our system. Willing to stay as long as needed without raising price charged. I rarely fill out surveys or give feedback; but, so far, 5-Star deserves every kudos I can offer.
Our AC went out and it was 83 in our house, so we were desperate. Our tech showed up on time and was very friendly and knowledgeable. He had our AC fixed within an hour!
He was here on time !! Very helpful with our questions !! Would highly recommend !!
After experiencing the aftermath of a water leak, floors ripped out, boxes piled everywhere, deafening fans and dehumidifiers running, Cory was the only technician that bothered to put on booties before walking into our house. Cory was knowledgeable and informative. All of our concerns about possible water damage to the furnace were addressed. Any questions were answered. I was impressed with my overall interaction with Canal Winchester Heating and Cooling. They answered the phone when I called, many did not, or did not return my call when I left a message. They were accommodating, came on a Saturday, called to advise they were on the way. 5 Stars I highly recommend!
