I completed an installation inspection on a Five Star 80% 90,000 BTU Gas Furnace 4T 21". Completed installation checklist. Installed 3” flue, installers tried using 3” - 45 into street 45. This did not work, cut that out and added 45 with 5” piece into another 45 and had 0 issues running the rest of the way. Installed Carrier infinity thermostat and explained basics to customer. During start up , had issues locating outdoor unit. Rewired outdoor low voltage to green block and did the same @ furnace board. Set low and high gas pressures. Checked refrigerant levels. Cycled and monitored the system. Operating normally at this time.
I went to the customer's home to perform duct work cleaning that was part of new system installation.
I performed a diagnostic call. I found the system low on Freon due to a bad compressor. Customer decided to go with a new AC install.
I performed a diagnostic and found the compressor is bad and low on Freon. Customer chose to have AC replaced.
I completed a full install on a Five Star 96% gas furnace and a Five Star 17 SEER 4 ton air conditioner. Cycled and monitored the systems. Both operating normally at this time.
I performed Scheduled Maintenance Tune-Up & Safety Check on Lennox Air Conditioning Unit. I renewed Customers Scheduled Maintenance Agreement. He opted for the 5yr plan to be covered.
I completed scheduled Maintenance Tune-Up & Safety Check on Carrier Air Conditioning Unit. I visually inspected the furnace. Checked voltage and amps. I inspected the evaporator coil. I checked the temperature difference across the coil. Checked refrigerant charge, voltages and amps. I rinsed the condenser coils with water. Cycled and monitored the system. Operating normally at this time.
I completed Spring Tune-Up and Safety Check and found everything to be within manufacture specifications. The unit is operational upon departure.
I completed a Half Install of a Carrier 13 SEER Air Conditioner System Complete 24ABB3; The system is operational upon departure.
Upon arrival I found the system was low on charge. I also found a leak in evap coil and potentially lineset. Installing new AC on Friday.
Scheduled maintenance cooling tune up on a Carrier air conditioner completed. I visually inspected the furnace. Checked voltage and amps. I inspected the evaporator coil. I checked the temperature difference across the coil. Checked refrigerant charge, voltages and amps. I rinsed the condenser coils with water. Cycled and monitored the system. Operating normally at this time.
I performed a tune up and safety check on a Carrier up to 16 SEER 3.5 Ton Air Conditioner. I found no issues and system was fully operational upon my departure.
I installed a Five Star 80% 70,000 BTU Gas Furnace and removed a 2005 Carrier gas furnace. Everything operating properly at this time.
I installed an Aprilaire 600M Humidifier
