I completed an installation inspection on a Carrier 13 SEER 2.5 Ton Air Conditioner. Completed installation checklist. Repositioned flue. Removed tape from coil to furnace and sealed edges with silicone because tape was already peeling off. Replaced section of metal 4” flue. Cycled and monitored the system. Operating normally at this time.

I performed diagnostic service call on rental property air conditioning unit. I found that R wire shorted to ground somewhere from outdoor to indoor. I changed R wire to brown. System now comes on properly with no issues. Cooling/running upon departure.

I performed diagnostic on Mini Split System. I determined drain line was not properly ran causing water to not drain. I correct drain line. System is now operating as intended.
I performed scheduled maintenance Tune-Up & Safety Check on Carrier up to 17 SEER 2 STAGE 4 Ton Air Conditioner. I found the condenser to be unlevel. Condenser is leaning forward. Unit met all specifications upon departure.
