I completed the scheduled maintenance agreement cooling tune up on a Lennox air conditioner. I visually inspected the unit. Checked voltages, amps and pressures. I inspected the evaporator coil. I checked the temperature difference across the coil. Inspected heat pump. Checked refrigerant charge, voltages and amps. I rinsed the condenser coils with water. I found that unit is undercharged with R22 refrigerant. Unit is under deck and had a lot of debris in coils and around bottom of base. I rinsed coils before starting tuneup outside. Customer informed me that they want to wait to add refrigerant to system. See if they can get through the rest of the summer. Sidenote: I noticed the valve caps were missing from unit when they went to gauge up. Cycled and monitored system. All operating normally at this time.
I completed scheduled maintenance tune-up & safety check on Carrier 13 SEER 3 Ton Air Conditioning Unit. I completed tune-up checklist. I cleaned outdoor coils free of debris. I replaced dirty filter with one customer provided. System is operating within manufacture specifications at this time.
I went to the customer's home to adjust measurements on an AC.

I completed Scheduled Maintenance Tune-Up and Safety Check on Carrier 16 SEER 5 Ton Air Conditioning Unit. I found filter was dirty and replaced with one customer had on hand. I completed checklist. I rinsed coils. System met specs at this time.
I performed Installation Inspection on Five Star 16 SEER 2.5 Ton Air Conditioner, removal of previous Rheem Air Conditioner Unit and April Aire Humidifier.
I performed diagnostic service call on Bryant Air Conditioning Unit. I determined that the system is low on charge. Customer has Home Warranty Company. They will need to come out. I gave customer quotes for repair and replacement.
I assisted another Tech In Estimate for replacing two complete HVAC systems in customers home. This Estimate Includes removal of previous Carrier Systems.
