I arrived to perform a diagnostic on an air conditioner. Upon arrival, customer stated outdoor unit was not turning on. Found capacitor dead. Replaced. Ac comes on properly now. Temp drop 19.
I arrived to perform a diagnostic. Upon arrival, customer stated that furnace was running and that thermostat was off. I found that fuse was blown, replaced #3 fuse and furnace came on. I rinsed the coils for customer. Unit was cooling at departure.

I performed diagnostic on Carrier Air Conditioning Unit. I determined that customer had clog in floor drain which was clogging the drain for AC as well. AC is cooling house with no problems now.
