Capital Heating and Cooling worked hard to get my furnace back up and running during this strange spring Polar Vortex. They also respected Covid-19 best practices, which was important to us. We were initially disappointed that the only way to get Capital out after hours or on a weekend was to purchase an annual maintenance plan, but it would appear that doing so was financially advantageous for us in the long term. The repair was done professionally and quickly, and we appreciate the extra effort Capital put in to acquire the needed parts as quickly as possible. We've been a long time customer of Capital and this experience reinforced that decision.
