I got home and was greeted with a cold house! Knowing that nighttime wasn’t going to make it easier to stay warm, I called Capital Heating. Their “On Call” person, Mike was busy and couldn’t come till maybe 9pm. I was thankful for any time slot on the same day. He called about 8:35 and said he was about 20 away. When he arrived, he went to work not only fixing my furnace but describing in detail how it works and why, on this day, it was not. I could not have been more pleased. Thank you, Mike, for helping me have a warm night of sleep.

They came out for a service call on my A/C unit. It was for an issue we have had fixed a few times on an older unit, so I decided last minute to get a new A/C unit. They were able to give me a quote within a few minutes and installed the new unit the next morning. Everyone was courteous and cleaned up after themselves.
