I have had several plumbers out to my home to diagnose an issue with my tankless water heater. All but Josh with Carolina Conditions pretty much gave up after 1 visit. I will not name those companies, I will just say don’t use anybody but Carolina Conditions. Josh and the CC management staff stuck with it until it was solved. After 2 years my wife and my two daughters are happy to have our hot water working properly. I cannot thank Josh, Mike or Tim enough. Truly a TEAM concept/approach at Carolina Conditions!
