Brandon was the tech that come out and gave me a quote. He took the time to compare offers and really broke down the things to look for when comparing units.
The Carolina Conditions technician was very knowledgeable and happy to answer any and all of my questions.
Mike did a great job diagnosing and fixing the problem at the breaker box. He’s very professional and knowledgeable. I’ll be using this business in the future. Thanks!
Excellent service with friendly and knowledgeable technician. Arrived earlier than expected, took a look, quoted me the $$ and was ready and able to accomplish the job asap. Did a good job and cleaned up afterwards nicely as well. Thanks Jake!
Have used the service before so am a repeat customer. They were prompt, friendly, and professional! Forrest was particularly pleasant and helpful!
Forrest was personable - earlier than expected (did call though) and did a great job!
Bryan gave my toilet the attention and service it needed. Not only is the toilet flushing smoothly, the handle, which was wobbly, is fitted securely. Because of previous problems with this toilet, I was considering replacing it. Hopefully, Bryan's work will hold up and replacement won't be necessary.
We live in an older home and recently encountered a leaking copper pipe in the kitchen ceiling. When the technician opened the ceiling he discovered that the size of the pipe is no longer available. In addition to this hurdle that had to be dealt with, the tech discovered that the main water shut off valve was ancient and simply would not turn with the tool that he had in the truck. This is a long story. Bottom line - the tech (Brian) was smart, hard working and resourceful. He fixed the leak - life is now back to normal. Thank you Brian - you are a true renaissance man!
Another visit from Carolina Conditions recently to check out my HVAC system finds me as a very happy customer. Their knowledge and professionalism is the best.
Shawn was amazing. I told him the problem I was having when he walked in the door and even before he walked down in the basement to see for himself he had basically diagnosed what was happening. Smart. Efficient. Trustworthy. Thank you, Shawn!
The technician quickly identified the issue and made the necessary repairs. I strongly recommend him, and was delighted with the service he provided.
After three tries my A/C is much quieter. Very thorough and great result!

Repair defective drain from washer and kitchen Dispatched to clients home to diagnose drainage issues from laundry room backing up into kitchen sink. I entered the crawlspace and inspected the grade on the drain from the kitchen basin and found it to be severely back graded. In order to address this issue, I created an estimate to raise the kitchen drain configuration so that proper grade can be achieved. I cut and rebuilt the 2 inch PVC drain using a 45, 90, and some additional 2 inch pipe. I then tied into the existing drain using a 2 inch PVC coupling. When finished, I allowed my glue to cure fully, inserted the cold line from the washing machine into the washing machine drain, ran it wide-open, and also ran the kitchen faucet at the same time. There is no longer a back up into the kitchen sink from the laundry. Drain and proper grade on the drain have been created. See company cam for details on my work. Thank you for choosing Carolina Conditions
