Courtney called when he was on his way and arrived on time. Explained what he was going to do and did it thoroughly. He showed me before and after pics of the inside of the vent he cleaned, as well as the area behind the dryer. Spotless! Would definitely use Carolina Conditions in the future and recommend to others, and would be thrilled to have the same tech again.
