Arrived on site to perform real estate letter on one split system. Found unit to be a need to service- both indoor and outdoor coils needed cleaning. Blower motor was dirty and outdoor unit capacitor was low out of spec. Replaced capacitor on outdoor unit paid for by current owner. Pictures in CompanyCam. System operating at time of departure.
