Brad does an excellent job with service on the generator and HVAC systems. Very thorough. The bad part is being requested to do this survey. Please do not send me surveys. Performing fall heating service in the summer when the ambient temp is 90 degrees is not a good idea. Not sure why it was done as I requested service for the generator, NOT the HVAC. The second and third paragraphs do not reflect on Brad's job performance. The tech knows when he departs whether or not I am satisfied. This is the only survey I will complete. If I receive future requests for surveys, they will be discarded promptly.
