I expected the usual contract lack of service on a Saturday. You know, the one where the electrician is clueless and uninformed and needs parts that will take a couple of weeks. Well, not this time! I called with an appointment request and a general idea of what I wanted. Jay came to my home, listened to my needs, examined the area and just when I thought he would try to lay a ridiculous estimate on me, he comes up with a fair price and says he can start IMMEDIATELY! I was shocked and extremely happy. Although there were hiccups which took the job a little longer, he didn't try to tack on last minute fees or raise his estimate.
