My wife and I noticed lights flickering throughout our home over the past 4-5 days. Called Casteel as we use them for HVAC and plumbing and they came out to take a look. As a result, they found and pointed out some fairly concerning issues with my home's electrical system that needed to be rectified. The replaced outside box and inside panel which were visibly burned when the covers were removed. They also installed a new whole house surge protector that I have been wanting to do for some time. They took care of calling the power company and coordinated the power being turned off at the street. After a few hours, we had power again and I will certainly sleep better knowing we are good to go with our main power into and throughout the house. Jay was very friendly and responsive to all my questions. While this was an unexpected expense for sure, I think it is essentially an investment in my home. Hopefully all is well down the road with these repairs

I've been with Casteel for a little over a year and this was a great visit. Larry was knowledgeable and was willing to listen and answer the questions I had. I had asked about upgrading to the Nest thermostat and he did not push this in any way. Would be happy to have him back as my service tech anytime.

I will use Castel JUST because of Ricardo! I have a bad taste in my mouth over heating/air companies. Lenox treated me horrible and Relaible took advantage of my mother after my father had JUST passed away and basically stole $7,000 from her. Ricardo came out and was A- such a gentleman and B- very knowledgeable of the system and what needed to be done. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was done properly!! I was completely impressed in the way he did his job. He respresented Castel AMAZINGLY!! They should be extremely proud to have an employee such as him on his team!!

The technician, David, did a great job with finding a large gas leak in my house quickly and completed the repair fast with quality workmanship. We will definitely call Casteel and have David back soon for a water heater replacement.
