I reached out to Ken after hours at his home to help me get in touch in Building 36 to re-synch my hub with Building 36 main-hub. He was very professional and extremely helpful. He suggested we try a couple of quick resets, which helped with the app communicating with the thermostats, but the syncs part still needed a call by him to Building 36. He reached out to them right away, got it fixed and called me back with the news. He also let me know that if my thermostat system wasn’t working by the morning, to call him back. I was all set within an hour and super pleased. This is second experience with Ken. He’s been awesome both times. I’d recommend CCL Mechanical to everyone, largely because of employees like Ken.
