I went to the customer's home to perform a installation inspection. The customer advised to me on arrival that the installers told the the outdoor unit was missing brass caps that go on top of king valve. We will need to order those and come back to put them on.
I went to customer's home to continue a job to measure metal.
I replaced the old evaporator coil with a new one. I cycled the system to ensure functionality. System is operational upon departure.
Upon arrival, the customer showed me wet spot on floor. Removed lower pan door to inspect and found water dripping from drain pan, possibly cracked, will return with new coil. System is not operational upon departure.
I returned to the customer's home to do an inspection on the installation of a Five Star 13 SEER 2.5 Ton Air Conditioner.
I performed an inspection on the installation of a Five Star 80% 90,000 BTU Gas Furnace and a Five Star 13 SEER 2.5 Ton Air Conditioner. Everything is installed properly and looks great. All good at this time.
I completed an Indoor coil cleaning for customer.
I installed a new Five Star 80% 70,000 BTU Gas Furnace
Performed a diagnostic call on a 2020 Carrier unit. Pressure was low, filled per specifications and unit working upon departure.
Returning to customer's home to complete repairs. Un-installed and cleaned Blower Motor, re-installed Blower Motor, and replaced Motor Surge Capacitor. Unit is operating properly at this time.
