Orion did a thorough review of the overall system and installation and gave a systematic diagnosis. He approached the issue with the same thorough, analytic mind as would Dr House of TV fame. At each step of the way he Patiently explained how the system worked and what the possible problems and solutions might be and answered patiently answered all our questions. He was sensitive to our time frame and offered to do whatever he could to speed this along. As with all the staff of Central Cooling, he was courteous and tidy and came within the estimated arrival time. We appreciated the advance “heads up” from the home office prior to arrival.
