They diagnosed a heat exchanger crack on a 5 year old system and showed me images with camera. The system they specified for replacing was a Carrier variable speed infinity system, both Heat and AC. The system spec was validated by several other quotes given the damper zoning in my house so I didn't feel like I was being taken for a ride on a high end system. Really great experience from quote to finish, just don't look at the mess midway through the work or you'll get scared, they did clean it all up before they left. Other quotes were from Sila and Total Comfort and both seemed honest and reputable, I just went with my existing vendor and they gave me a little better price to keep me. I would have had no problem with either of the other two companies as they seemed honest and knowledgeable.
