The technician found that both my HVAC systems have cracked heat exchanges and they need to be replaced mid of Dec 2020. It was for safety reasons and really wanted to have them taken care of before the new year. Luckily, Jamie, was able to help me with the cost and rush the orders during this time with the pandemic. The exchangers were replaced smoothly on 12/31/20. Thank you so much, Jamie, you certainly make me feel that paying for being a gold plus member is definitely worth it!
