I really appreciate the replacement work performed by Joe on 12/31/20, New Year's Eve. He is super knowledgeable and was so willing to share many aspect of HVAC system with me and possible issues down the road. He and Kelvin spent the whole day and smoothly replaced two heat exchangers to my systems, clean the place well after the repair and spent time explaining to me what they did. Central Cooling gold plus membership is definitely worth it with such great technicians working for them!
