Vlas made a very stressful situation calm and quickly resolved issues. He was very honest and straightforward with the work. Explained his findings and went out of his way to make sure I was not left without heat on the cold nights. I also appreciate his thoughtfulness in COVID times alway keeping distanced, wearing a mask and gloves, and keeping all work areas clean.
