Alex Konomi (technician) took his time servicing my HVAC - no rushing through the job. He’s a personable, respectful, nice guy - easy to have around. Alex covered his shoes to protect floors and carpets and wore a mask to protect us, as well. I appreciated that he took his time going through the process.
