Stefano is one of the reasons I will continue to do business with the Central Cooling and Heating. He was NOT the typical “hit and run” character with the tail light guarantee attitude. He was polite and considerate of the situation I was having with my Mitsubishi Split unit. He took his time in testing the system and diagnosing the problem. Then took the time to properly repair the unit. Keeping me updated through the whole process. In closing out the work order he asked if I had any questions and assured me if I have any future questions or issues to call CCH and they will be there to take care them. That’s just good old American professionalism.
