Today's service call was to be a regular annual service on gas furnace; knowing that our furnace was 23 years old, and had some issues last year, we had our fingers crossed that there would be no issues. However after 23 years, the old boy was just worn out! Nick, our service representative, was very knowledgable and extremely candid and informative about the situation. The time had come to either pour more money into the existing furnace or bite the bullet and get a new unit. Nick very kindly helped us sort through our options and come up with the decision that was right for us. Thank you, Nick.
