Woke up on a Saturday with no heat (outdoor temp 27). I called for appointment, I was informed there are no extra charge for Saturday service call, and they had an opening today. I was given a window of time to expect repair man. Mathew the service repair man called in this window of time, informed us he would be arriving in 10 minutes and he did. He was very professional, introduced himself even though he drove up in the company van with their name on (we outside) and did wear company shirt with his name on it. He was able to diagnosis the problem efficiently, and had the parts needed in the company van. I will request Mathew for my yearly heating and cooling checkups.
