In the American canyon area performing a furnace diagnostic! This old furnace unfortunately has suffered damage from water leaking into their home which has lead to the furnace failing to operate! Fortunately for our customer we are doing everything in our power to get heat back in his home ASAP!

Performing full system precision tune up service on 2000 Goodman system. System runs. Water has been leaking out of coil into pan for some time - there is a lot of rust inside and the water is beginning to leak into the attic. Inspected system and ductwork, tested refrigerant levels and static pressure, cleaned system and made repair recommendations to keep system running. Returning to go over replacement options as clients are looking for a more efficient system.
No cool here in American canyon. Client have a leak in his refrigerant lines. Needs a little juice to get him through these hot days.
Performed air conditioner diagnostic n 16 year old Carrier, not cooling the home. Found unit to be under charged n refrigerant and had a blown fuse. Replaced fuse and charged refrigerant. House cools well. Client joined maintenance program.
