Goodmorning Bay Point Ca. Today started off with an air conditioning maintenance. This is a Carrier from 2005. This unit could definitely benefit from allowing more air flow in from the filter side. We determine a units stress level through a static pressure test. If the unit has a high pressure you can bet your bottom dollar it puts stress on parts resulting in replacing parts too often!
I’m in Bay Point and I just completed a blower cleaning for my client, Tyler. His fan pushing all the hot and cool air is now clean which means his fan will run more smoothly, the air quality is better, and the air flow is much higher! His heating and air conditioning is in much better shape now! :D

In the piedmont area performing a furnace maintenance! These furnaces are in great condition! Our customer was interested in getting Surgr protectors for both units due to recent power outages! I installed both surge protectors and not only do they look great on the unit but the unit is well protected now!
