Came out to Clayton, Ca. for one our members to look at their central cooling system. The unit is in good condition but noticed that the return airflow is under sized. I suggested enlarging the return to maximize the airflow and efficiency of the system.
Preformed furnace tune up system was an older system having some issues. Call certified for any HVAC service or maintenance needs.
Came out to the Morgan territory area of Clayton, California. The client is looking to fix their pest issues and add new insulation. I advised them to get an exclusion company to come out to address the issues.

I am out in Clayton to go over heat pump installation options for a client. He is interested in hybrid system options.
Today is day 4 and final day of my installing 2 96% furnaces, 2 16 seer condenser units, installing new line set and line set cover for both u it’s, and bringing all components up to city code. Certified solar will be back at a later date in the yr to convert system to dual fuel and heat pump once the solar panels are installed on the house. Until then the clients will be prepared for all seasons to come with their new investment in high efficiency systems
Today certified solar heating and air conditioning was in the Clayton area on a 3-4 day install. We are installing 2 96% 2stage high efficiency furnaces and 2 16 seer 2 stage high efficiency condenser units. On day 1 we decided to knock out the downstairs unit to get the client working gear ASAP
Performing a diagnostic service on a 1996 furnace that was not coming on or heating the home in Clayton, CA. The furnace mysteriously began working as soon as I entered the attic and began heating the home. The client joked that it was the “Brittany Effect” and that I scared the furnace into working.
