In the Crocker neighborhood of daily city on this rainy day. Performed a furnace maintenance and a/c safety check for the Lee residence. They are moving out of state and wanted to make sure their system was serviced before new people moved in!
Performed maintenance on 8 year old Trane furnace. Cleaned system and replaced blower capacitor. Unit is in really good shape otherwise. Client renewed maintenance program.
Performed furnace tune up on 9 year old furnace. Everything was operating properly and is in good shape. Client needed some sensors cleaned and wire connections tightened. Duct work was sealed and insulated properly.
