In Los Gatos this afternoon performing a furnace maintenance for the Rashkis residence. There 4 year old system is running like a charm at its highest efficiency after todays scheduled maintenance!
Today I am in the Los Gatos are performing a furnace maintenance on (4) very young furnaces! These (4) furnaces were installed by our company and we will continue to maintain each one of them! Our customer is extremely happy with the install!
In the Rinconada neighborhood of Los Gatos today. Came out to Lael W.’s home to go over options for upgrading her furnace to a more efficient system. We sat down to discuss all options available and what would be the best fit for the home. We have been servicing the furnace for several years and are very lucky to have such nice people as long term clients.
In the Los Gatos Area performing a furnace tune up! Our company has been servicing this furnace for the last couple of years, no wonders it’s still running at such an old age! These units only last 12-15 years with maintenance! This furnace is 20 and still kicking!
In the Richmond area performing a furnace diagnostic! This old furnace has broken down due to a failed blower motor! We are doing everything we can to get her heat back in her home soon!
Preforming furnace maintenance on high-efficiency furnace and air conditioning system in a beautiful neighborhood in Los Gatos California
Performed maintenance on 16 year old Carrier furnace and AC. Units were in good shape but had some wear caused by the previous ductwork set up. Repaired two components and system should see increased performance as a result. Client is on our maintenance program so we can monitor it closely should anything become an issue.
Returned to clients home to replace badly burnt circuit board. System is up and running and cooling the home. Having regular maintenance prevented a potential break down! Client can rest assured that the system will continue to function and keep the home cool during the hot summer months. Thank you for being a Certified member!
Performing furnace tune up service on 2002 Carrier furnace. 4 ton system has 2 zones installed, one zone damper is not functioning properly at this time. Cleaned out system, tested all electrical and safety components and made recommendations to keep system running as long as possible. Inspected attic and crawl space, made recommendations to lower static pressure and increase airflow with proper zoning.
