Great servce. Thermostat was broken during first cold spell of the season. Yevonne came all the way from the East Bay to fix the issue and in less than one hour she installed new thermostat and we had heat running again. She was very reliable and I would recommend her to anyone. Thank you!

In Novato, California this afternoon performing a furnace maintenance for the Mcginnis residence. We installed there system 6 months ago and today we are just making sure everything is up to manufacture specifications!
Performing diagnostic service on a 1990 Day & Night furnace in Novato, CA. The system has a bad circuit board and due to the age and condition of the furnace the client decided to replace it with a 2 stage variable speed furnace that will make the house far more comfortable. At the Kaiser residence this afternoon doing a furnace maintenance. They’ll be nice and warm this winter after our service!
Performed tune up on 15 year old Carrier air conditioner. Unit takes a long time to cool the home. There is a hard bend in the refrigerant line causing high pressure in the system while restricting refrigerant flow. This is creates high energy consumption and poor ability to cool the home. Client would like to upgrade the system as it is 15 years old and would be too costly to repair such an old unit.
AC tune up on an 8 year old Trane system! Tony is part of our CPA membership! We always make sure to contact on members and schedule appointment at times that work for them.
Payne Duran ace and Carrier condenser tune up cleaned up the spiderwebs and tested the AC all is good with the system.
