In Piedmont this afternoon performing a furnace maintenance and a/c safety check for the Barton residence. There 2 year old system was scheduled for a tune up today. Their multi stage furnace is operating accordingly after todays service!
Performing furnace tune up on 2007 Tempstar and 2013 Payne high efficiency furnaces. Inspected safety and electrical components, tested static pressure and discovered that returns are undersized causing systems to overheat. Made recommendations for repairs and cleaned out furnaces. Clients became Certified members to properly maintain both systems on an annual basis.
